Got all I wanted, good value. The hotel was well priced and wonderful relaxing with attentive people at check-out. The location of the property was perfect, on the outskirts of Jaén. Moreover, it's just next door to the mountains, the motorways and the cafe rather than the restaurant. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The location is stunning, just a short walk to restaurants, the center of Jaen, and a hill with a great view. Our twin room with a balcony was lovely.- The breakfast was warm and good value compared to other choices.

We got good hot and super coffee, cereal, pastries and eggs for breakfast. The hotel's location was convenient and perfect, close to bar/restaurant, centre of Jaen and major road network. It also was to his station...

Above all, I would like to highlight the comfort of the beds, beauty and cosiness of the hotel and good breakfast they provide with espresso and natural orange juice, good bread and good olive oil. room is spacious and has a huge TV. It also has a small terrace with table and chairs. location is good if you have a car and you plan to move around the area, Ubeda, Baeza, Sierra de Cazorla, etc. It is next to the motorway and with good access to visit Jaén. It has a lot of parking area. We were lodged in the second floor and we rest very well. without hardly noises, although that always depends on the neighbours who touch you,
What I didn't like about the room was the tub, too tall and uncomfortable to get out. What I tried from the cafeteria I did not like very much, to eat a sandwich is good, but I would not choose it to eat from the menu.

The treatment of the staff
I requested a room adapted for people with reduced mobility but it did not meet the requirements for people with functional disabilities. Firstly, the bathroom had a drain in the centre of the room, but due to its inadequate inclination, the bathroom was flooded with every shower that extended into the room. The cleaning staff provided me with three times as many towels as usual to collect the water from the floor after each shower. Secondly, and more importantly, the bathroom floor was a highly slippery and very dangerous track when it got wet. The regulations consulted stipulate that the floors in rooms for people with disabilities must be non-slip when dry and when wet. In this room the wet floor became a highly dangerous track. For my husband, who needed crutches to walk, it meant a high risk of falling. I have made an official complaint to which the hotel has replied that there are no complaints about this and that it complies with regulations. In other three and four star hotels where we have been in adapted rooms the bathroom floor has always been made of a special non-slip material, in this hotel it was co tile or the rest of the room which justifies that it does not comply with the regulations.

room was very comfortable: the bathroom was spacious and comfortable, beds were big and comfortable, TV was big, modern and could be seen perfectly from the bed, wardrobe was very spacious so we could leave our things. restaurant of the cafeteria was very good and prices were not crazy. We also liked the quality of the food and service. breakfast is very complete (coffees, natural orange juice, pastries, sausages, eggs, sausages, ham,. the dining room where it is served is very pleasant. We were very comfortable at all times in the hotel.
heating was a bit high and at night, despite being December, we were hot. We tried to regulate it with the thermostat of the room but it was completely impossible (maybe we made a mistake not indicating it in reception, second night we were more comfortable).

Travelling South, we decided to stop over at Ho Ciudad De for one night. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The staff at check-in and in the cafe bar were friendly. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a large TV, fast wifi, and effective air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was great value for money, offering a variety of options. The hotel had a nice garden and a quiet pool. It was a real find, with easy access to the city center.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really liked the room, cleanliness. I had a great breakfast and dinner. I thought the breakfasts were great because the quality of the products was very good. good the menu of the restaurant with the allergens and most important thing, cross contamination, that already shows that in the kitchen they know the subject, in addition, waiters before any doubt asked in the kitchen and very kind. bed is very big and comfortable. good wifi coverage. It is a great hotel and I would repeat without hesitation.
There is nothing that I didn't like, but there are some points that I think could be improved. I would have liked more variety in the menus for coeliacs, for example, there was no meat for dinner because of the cross-contamination issue. There were only 3 things on the menu that a coeliac could eat and in 3 days I had tried them all. At breakfast there was variety (gluten free) and everything was well indicated, a little complicated by the issue of cross contamination being self-service but I know that is normal and inevitable. This brand of gluten-free bread they used didn't like me, it was quite dry for my taste. The location was a bit complicated with so many roundabouts and rackets for access. The first time I missed the exit and it was going with the GPS.

room has a very good size, bathroom too, big and comfortable bed, they put us a wooden cradle for the baby, all equipped, TV of very good size too. I really liked the reading lamps they had, I love to read in bed and so did not bother the little ones. In the room there was a little terrace with a little table, it looked at the back so it was very quiet, since there was a wedding and we didn't hear anything. Free giant parking, ideal to go with a car.
the minibar was not working and we could not cool the drinks, but it is also true that we did not claim it until we were leaving to get it fixed for the next one. It's a little bit removed from everything, but that's also why it's great for driving. But if the parking lot was covered it would be much better, because with the sun that hits these lands the car gets a thousand degrees right away.
